As one of three ISTE Certified Educators within Central Michigan University’s ISTE Recognized MALDT program, students see me for their first and last courses in the program. EDU 590 is an overview of the ISTE Standards and learning, design, and technology and EDU 710 is their final Capstone Project. This unique program was redesigned in 2020 for synchronous work on MALDT assignments that meet ISTE Certification. I host office hours, assist other faculty in alignment, and teach courses across the program.
Created an ISTE Audit Crosswalk for coursework against ISTE Certification for MALDT program participants. Facilitate ongoing coaching sessions for students in MALDT who pursue ISTE Certification as part of their program. Created web content across LMS’s, develop courses, and provided ongoing support and documentation of students and staff across the program.
