Dr. Jennifer Parker brings over three decades of experience as an educator, school leader, county consultant, state project lead, and faculty member, with expertise spanning instructional technology, coaching, and school improvement. As an educational consultant, she facilitates professional learning on high impact teaching strategies, instructional coaching, EdTech and AI implementation, and data driven continuous improvement.
Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education, a Master of Arts in Library and Information Science, and a Doctor of Educational Leadership from Central Michigan University with a focus on Curriculum and Instruction. Her dissertation focused on the evolution of school improvement in a professional learning community. She also holds a second Masters in Business Education from Eastern Michigan University.

Jennifer has a strong background in professional learning communities, educational technology, and instructional coaching. This stems from her dissertation research on PLCs and her work at the district and county levels in continuous improvement and instructional technology. She spearheaded the Interactive Learning Coaches Network while at Macomb ISD, led the Statewide train-the-trainer network for MISchoolData, and served as an executive board member for the Michigan Continuous Improvement Facilitators network.
As an educational consultant and AI implementation strategist, Jennifer helps districts design comprehensive AI policies for classrooms, buildings, and systems—ensuring ethical, effective integration of emerging technologies. Her AI workshops focus on creating district-to-classroom policies that balance purpose with AI literacy, ethics, academic integrity, and data privacy. Jennifer leads professional development programs on AI literacy, equipping educators to critically evaluate AI tools and apply them responsibly in instruction. Her popular AI institute focuses on creating district-to-classroom policies that balance innovation with ethics, privacy, and literacy.
Jennifer has served as a consultant and advisory board member for several EdTech initiatives, including the Michigan Department of Education's. 22ITRIG steering committee, Michigan Department of Education's MITECs advisory committee; Consortium of School Networking's Driving K12 Innovation advisory; Tech and Learning Leadership Summit advisory; International Society for Technology in Education's consultant on standards, Seals, and certification programs; Macmillan Learning AI and Assessment focus group, and the Journal of Writing with AI Board. She was also a Four County Community Foundation Board member for almost a decade, reviewing hundreds of grants and projects.
